        袁之康,博士,助理教授,中国电工技术学会高级会员,CIGRE中国国家委员会青年委员,中国电工技术学会电工测试专委会委员,青工委委员。19927月生于浙江省衢州市。2014年、2019年于华北电力大学获电气工程及其自动化学士学位、电气工程博士学位。20197月至20218月任清华大学电机系博士后、助理研究员,2021年9月加入澳门威斯尼斯人官方网站游戏下载电气工程系。主持国家重点研发计划子课题中国电机工程学会“青年人才托举工程”项目、上海市扬帆人才计划等,曾任ICHVE 2020国际会议分会场主席
